She can't hate the Stark too badly after she finds out that Jon Snow (Soon to be Jon Stark is her half brother. Remember when Maester Aemon Targaryen said that "A Targaryen Alone in the World is a Terrible Thing" last season and the camera cut right to John walking in on his conversation with Sam? It was a reference hidden right in the open that will be confirmed after the battle at the Tower of Joy flashback happens.

Why would Dany side with Ned Stark's bastard? That's all Jon is in the actual show. If there is a connection between them, and I don't believe there is, no person currently apart of the show has any proof of it.


Take the smallest army and fight the other 6 kingdoms. Thats what he would be doing. If he fought Tywin he would have to fight Robert Baratheon. Fighting Robert means having to fight Ned Stark and Jon Arryn and Hoster Tully. How did that go for Balon Greyjoy?

Hopeful within the next 2 to 3 episodes you will know the connection between Jon Snow and Daenerys Targaryen.

There have been certain things that lead Jon to being half Stark and half Targaryn. You just haven't been paying attention ;)

I'm familiar with theory. I just don't accept it as fact. Even if it's true how would either of them know. And if someone did tell them why would they believe it. Fans accept it as true because they want to.

Lol. Yet you assume Dany hates the Starks and can't see them being allies based on... nothing direct from the show.

The Targaryen throne was usurped by Baratheon and Stark. Either her or Viserys refer to Ned Stark as the Usurper's dog in season 1.

The theory will be proven this season. You should also know that Targreayns are always in 3s. There is another Targayen out there and he is in plan sight.

The text for R+L=J comes from characters who were both high as giraffes at the time. It's unreliable and open to speculation. I see the merit in the theory. But there are other conclusions that can be reached using the same evidence. I accept the possibility. I just don't accept it as fact. Also hating the people who destroyed your family and stole everything your life could have been makes a lot of sense.

Ah the intellectual pedestal comes out.

Its a popular opinion because... wait for it... it has merit. It also has enough back story to support it. Any theory is just that, a theory. Any opinion on the story is simply just an opinion. R+L=J doesn't have any less merit than any other thought. Nor does it place anyone below the ones that refuse to wonder.

I wasn't refering to R+L=J in the post you quoted. I have already said that theory has merit. People have begun to treat a fan theory as confirmed canon. It drives me crazy. The person I quoted mentioned another popular secret Targaryen theory containing a different very popular character that has far less merit than R+L.
