Even "physical assault" doesn't nessecarily involve contact. Since no one seems to be aware of that, here's the definition:

"An assault is carried out by a threat of bodily harm coupled with an apparent, present ability to cause the harm."

So even if Maggit just got in his face or threatened him that is enough to constitute assault in the eyes of the law. The journalists writing these stories are aware of that. They're also aware that much of their readership is not.

If you are older as claimed... You wouldn't classify most Rap as music.. LOL

Before all the Rap aficionados get riled up, I am picking on BaldBiker, not so much Rap. :)

WOW.

I thought they were stupid and desperate when they tossed 3rd Down For What into the lawsuit...I don't even know what I'd call it to trot her out there.

GFW any word on Shy's progress with his injury? It does look like he has one leg in that pic. Hoping he rehabs really quick these next few months. Also, still looking positive for AJohnson? Thanks for your info!!
