I actually think this was the worst thing to happen to him.
Expectations will always be for 10+
I don't think he ever has another year like this.
So since Grier is suspended the first 6 games, I assume we should expect that tennessee will be scheduled thier 7th game?
Owen Williams might be the best senior. I was watching Mizzou game and he was right there every play. Even on a punt he drove his blocker back and threw him into the punter damn near blocking the kick with the OL body. Beast.
We stopped quoting Leb...is that what you're referring to?

Hubbs said Darrell Taylor is up to 245 lbs and the staff is "extremely excited" about having him next year
I don't know what his draft status looked like a few weeks ago, but I think his South Carolina game got him paid. Foreman gets the praise (deservedly so) for his good game on Cooper and the game-sealing forced fumble, but Owen Williams was probably the best player on the field in that one. He looked every bit like an NFL prospect.
He has been pretty solid for most of the year, but here lately he's been very disruptive.
This also shows that all players, no matter the physical ability, need time to develop. Williams and Vereen have both been pleasant surprises this year. Strip is the man. We should be very excited about the future at DL.
