Cooper didn't have any problems. North is open plenty enough, and butch said he was 100% going into BG, he's just not the first read on the play calls. Almost every coach I've ever heard discuss the topic says you have to feed your top guy or you won't succeed.
Some notes from 3hl on OU last week vs. Alron....
They scored only 3 points first six drives. They had 6 major penalties. They had two horrible ST plays and overall bad ST play. They were 4 of 13 on third downs. They gave up 138 on the ground and only gained around 100.

Pig, Pearson, and North all have their strengths and weaknesses. I'm of the belief that the unit as a whole is so good that you'll have different guys stepping up each game. Also include Malone, Jennings, Smith, and Williams. Just because one or two guys have a big game and the rest don't doesn't mean that those guys stink. It's the system Butch runs. As long as we run it, we will never have a WR with Heisman worthy stats.
