I thought I've seen everything, but this BS right here is right up there. This is an animalistic, barbaric attack of a non-violent human being by these savage cops. 15 minutes of talking and not de-escalating the problem before the attack begins. These cops are out of control in this country.

I want anyone one of these cop slobbers to defend this video.

Is that the first time you've heard of Kelly Thomas? I'm sorry if it is, when i first heard of his death It ruined my week to say the least. Just horrible, those bastards should be locked away for life.

He was charged with felony discharging a firearm, not attempted murder... he'll do 3.5 years and come back to terrorize the community. I think 25 years is appropriate for his actions, especially when you consider that he was "duty bound" to uphold the law.

I had heard of Kelly Thomas, but I didn't know there was actually a video of his attack. These cops wasted 15 mins jawboning with this guy instead of just letting him go to bed somewhere like he said he was going to do.

Another example of a cop with too much time on his hands. If you know the guy isn't committing a crime, leave him alone. Stop this nonsensical "let me see your ID"/"what's your name" BS. If they don't have any probable cause or no indication a crime is being committed, these cops need to stay in their squad cars and sip coffee. Leave people alone.

Ah, so your grief is what the DA pressed forward with instead of the actions themselves. But obviously the cop is more guilty because well, he's a cop.

With your illogical hated for all things law enforcement, they might as well just draw and quarter him and get it over with.

The system looks out for one another. The cops, lawyers politicians... they all have each other's back. The citizen doesn't stand a chance. The politicians make the laws, the cops enforce the laws and the judges and lawyers has everything out in their kangaroo court system that is rigged against the citizens.
