Oh I'm fine with him being taken off the streets, never to have the power of the badge again.
The point remains, as in the Kelly Thomas case those cops walked after they beat him to death.
Cops aren't held accountable until their crimes are so egregious they can't help but put them away.
Just telling the truth. I do feel sorry for his illogical hated. I can't understand how someone could never even consider the other side and always reach for some fault in anything on the subject. But anyway...
So he went to jail. Or is going. But that's not good enough for some of you. You clamor for justice and for LE to be held accountable when they screw up. So this guy did and was, but it's still not good enough.
This is no pleasing you all sometime.

SAN BERNARDINO >> The final person believed to have been involved in a botched drive-by shooting last month, which left a passenger in the alleged shooters car dead, was arrested and has pleaded not guilty, court records show.
Shontae Turner, 18, pleaded not guilty last Friday to charges of murder, attempted murder and shooting into an inhabited dwelling in San Bernardino Superior Court, only a day after San Bernardino Police arrested the woman near her San Bernardino home, according to booking and court records.
No, nowhere close to the truth. Here's another example...
Woman charged, pleaded not guilty in botched San Bernardino drive-by shooting
Yes, the truth is your hatred seethes at any time anything cop related comes up.
And has even gotten you in hot water.
An early morning drive by shooting in the 700 block of N. White Station leaves a man behind bars and charged with attempted murder.
Gerardo Juarez is charged with three counts of attempted first degree murder and is being held on $750,000 bond.
Memphis police were called to the Las Vegas Bar and Grill just before 3:45 a.m. on Monday. Upon arrival, officers talked to two victims who said they escorted man out of the bar, only to see him return a few minutes later and fire shots at them before driving away in a black Ford Escort.
So getting thrown to the turf is justifiable?
No, they should be held to the same standard as everyone else.
That's fair, no?

Wait... the assumption you are making is that this civilian started the entire deal. The cop is the one that got out of his car and approached him with this "what is your name" nonsense.
Yes, opening a great opportunity for him to mess with the cop. The guy should of asked why instead of keeping his mouth shut.
No, they should be held to a higher standard. You dump stuff out in a creek you get in some trouble and have pay to clean it up, dumb novice. I do it I'll loose licenses, fines and possibly get some jail time, professional.
