As a resident expert in military grade and home made explosives, I can accurrately say that this is not a neutron bomb. The "white flashes" have nothing to do with it being a tactical nuke or a neutron bomb. It has to do with the deflagration rate of the fuel/ oxidizer. Never said we never do wrong. However, your post history indicates that we always do wrong and always mess up everything we touch.
