Clawson seems to be more of a high-risk/high-reward hire. We don't know who is coming with him, if he can recruit, or if he can even bring it on this level. He has a history of powerful offenses. Will CPF let him take over, though?
The other two bring in good recruiting and a pretty decent offense. Nothing eye-opening, but effective. Will it translate in the SEC? Or will it just be more of the same ole same ole(bring in high powered recruits just to lull the defense to sleep)? It does seem like this could be another Cutcliffe situation. Good QB development, unappealing offense. Safe hire.
