This whole hiring process has actually raised Phil's approval rating, I think. Maybe not, but I approve. I'm glad he's taking his time. Don't let worried fans rush the decision, Phil.

They're getting recruiters.

Bring in Clawson to do the coaching... though I suspect he'll do fine recruiting too.

Please, please tell me he really isn't considering Debord for OC. Will someone please call the guy or send him an e-mail?

Clawson along with Cignetti are the two that actually got me excited. Debord is even less appealing than Spence.

Where did Clawson coach?? im a little behind...
and if we get Loeffler as a QB coach, would that mean that we'd prolly get Debord also.. just because they are both from Michigan?

Vol Freak, Please get on the bat phone and tell CPF to hire Clawson... For goodness sake, Debord is the worst out of all the ones that have been discussed.

I guess he could come in and light the world on fire... but it took being a lame duck at UM to get him to put together an aggressive game plan against UF. You'd have to fire him every week to score a TD.
