Times Free Press had an article about NSD, quoted JC Shurbutt pretty extensively, exploring the idea of media feeding this recruiting madness.
I didn't think the article was award winning or anything but found the concept interesting.
Using Iman Marshall as an example, Shurbutt basically said that he really wasn't considering 6 teams even though there was a recent bleacher report article recently saying he was. He said that there is this idea out there that these kids deserve their moment in the Spotlight but that he thinks fans will quickly get tired of it.
Basically article was saying that the media often knows the real story but selectively reports.
Wondering if anybody here has thoughts about whether the media ought to report what they know or let the kids enjoy trolling.
