I dislike Vandy as much as the next guy, but they will be improved from this past season. Their improvement still equals to being awful, but just not as awful as in 2014. At the very best the win all 4 of their non-coference games and finish 4-8. At the very worst they finish 1-11. They most certainly will beat Austin Peay. In my eyes, in order from greatest to least chance wise, their best shots at wins are:You believe in Vandy more than I do. If they are anything like this year, there are no definite wins for Mason and co.

6-12: Doesnt matter, they have no chance.

I agree with the 0 chance at an SEC win. I just checked Houstons record, and for some reason I had it in my head they finished with a losing record. Maybe thats because they just fired their coach. After seeing they finished 7-5 while playing in a tougher conference than MTSU, I would now switch up my picks. MTSU will be an easier win than Houston would be.Vandy has zero chance to win an SEC game in 2015. I'll have to go with 2-10 for Vandy with wins over Austin Peay and MTSU(Houston is better than MTSU).

I'd rather not. I'd love it if they kept him as long as possible myself. He's a great credit to their program and a diamond in the rough!
(prefer not to get someone in that might be able to get them to a .500 level)

MTSU will definitely not be a shoo-in. They hate Vanderbilt, and will be hyped up for the game. Since they've been in D1 FBS, MTSU has learned what it's like to deal with Vandy's fanbase on a regular basis, and they will want this game badly. MTSU beat Vandy in 2001 and 2005, so they're due.
They had a couple of decent years. I credit that entirely to Franklin though.
Otherwise, whatever credibility they had going into this season was destroyed when Temple put a wing whuppin on them.
Did Vanderbilt Try To Kill An Ex-Hoops Player's Tell-All Book?
I'm just going to leave this here...
Edit to add: It's not for the easily offended.
