LOL ok fess up, who here has been editing Vandy football's Wikipedia page?
At the end of the James Franklin section it says : "Due to Vanderbilt's sad and irrelevant history, Franklin is considered one of their greatest coaches of all time despite never finishing more than 9-4."

They had to lock the Vanderbilt Stadium Wiki article last weekend because someone kept changing the name to "Neyland West." Go to the article and click "View history" to see the slew of Vol troll edits.

Very good chance Vandy goes 3-9 again next year with a chance at 2-10.
Brandon Doughty, the QB for WKU, their opening opponent, threw for 4,344 yds and 44 TDs this season and was just granted a 6th year of eligibility.
Yes, that's the same guy who was part of the turnover bonanza when they played us in 2013, but apparently he turned into a touchdown machine.
Their other OOC opponents are Austin Peay (win), MTSU (50/50), and Houston (likely loss).
I talked to my buddy who is a Vandy season ticket holder in football and basketball about this. He was telling me that a large group of the season ticket holders were upset that their season tickets didn't work so they refused to go. They didn't seem to grasp that it was not a home game.
They're so stupid. $20 got you both games. That was a good night with UT and WKU leaving victorious. As a UT alum I hate Vandy and also as a WKU alum I hate MTSU.
The Derek Mason era got off to a bad start his mistake-prone Commodores was outscored in a 37-7 loss to visiting Temple at home. It was Vanderbilt's worst opening-season home loss in the school's history of football, and the worst opening game loss since 1998 a 42-0 loss to Mississippi. The Commodores had seven turnovers, leading to 27 points for Temple.[122] After back to back home losses coach Mason won his first game against UMass in a hard fought game 34-31. Vanderbilt did not score an offensive TD for nine quarters. Vanderbilt was also the last team in D1 to score an offensive TD.[123] Vanderbilt had been out scored 10-78 in the two prior games before the win.[124] Vanderbilt would lose its next three games to South Carolina,Kentucky and Georgia, falling to 0-4 in conference play. On October 11, the Commodores would beat Charleston Southern by one point, an FCS school. The next week would see a ten point loss to the Missouri, dropping them to 0-5 in conference play. Following a 42-28 victory over Old Dominion, a school that is new to the FBS, Vanderbilt would lose to Florida, Mississippi State, and archrival Tennessee, by a combined score of 109-27. Vanderbilt would end the season 3-9 (0-8) in the SEC.
So when you first go on Vandymania and look to your left, you will see a list of football commitments. I am really confused by this. It says that they have two five star commitments and a slew of other "top" recruits. Is this how Scout does their rankings or is this just Vandymania's spin on things?
