Well it's only one player and he had two years left to play, has prototypical size, ranked as the 40th best OT in CFB, and is generally better than anything we can currently field. Sounds like a pretty good deal to me either as a starter or depth that we bay need.

Vandy was atrocious. I couldn't care less, so I don't know the reasons, but for a first time head coach who lacks the experience, it is reasonable to suspect that some coaches were not up to the task. Also, Franklin created a culture quite different there, from within the team

He needs to change something, and I have no problem with that. Of course, recruiting legit D1 players would help
