'15 NC DT Shy Tuttle (UT commit 9/26/14)

That sounds a little contradictory.

Insert "I'm not say it's aliens..." gif.

This one? LOL I know I know...it's not. But I thought this one was funnier. :hi:

Oh... well... then apply the same gif to my post and we should have things all tidied up.

Griddie.... I prostate myself before you and beg your forgiveness.

May want to prostrate youself (bow down)
To prostate yourself may not be something Griddie would want to see :)

Reported that D. Blair, C. Mosley, and Hendrix all came in heavier than their listed weight. Maybe D. Mixon as well?

Fact just some guys need a structured weight training along with a nutrition program and a kick in the A$$ to get going.

Mosley clocked in at a svelte 374...

This. If Tuttle wants to come in addition to Jones and McKenzie, take em all. Figure the numbers out later. Its that simple.

It's a cool saying but not really true. If so you would have OL and DL playing WR and in the secondary. At some point you cap out of a position and turn to another one.

Yup. If you don't recruit for position needs you end up hurting yourself in the long run and you're set up to fail.

I may look dumb but I do know that. It is a line from Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls. Perhaps not as memorable a line to others as it was to me. :banghead2:

JMO, but I'm basing it on very few local kids in this area get a lot of attention from big time universities. Since a lot of us live in this area, we tend to errantly think these kids are better players than they really are. And I know there are several exceptions, but as a rule blue chip recruiting is not that strong out of the East Tennessee region. His offer list looks very impressive from an academic standpoint, but athletically where games are won on the field, I just feel like we are in on some players more physically suited to get Tennessee to the next level.

I know this will come across like an arse, but why would anyone agree with your opinion vs that of CBJ who accepted the commitment? Nobody held a gun to CBJ's head to accept the commitment. CBJ's paid handsomely to make these decisions and by all accounts is doing tremendously on the recruiting end. Arm chair recruiter second guessing the staff makes no sense to me?

So you're saying we're gonna have a d line of Dalton, McKenzie, Tuttle, and Sweat?!

I'll take it!!

replace sweat with Phillips and Clemons... Possible. I just don't know how Dalton feels about us, and Clemson worries me

Sweat would be a huge shock, but he is gonna be a beast.
I feel like dalton was interested at one point I think I remember him at least visiting at some point

My bad,
Thought it was a typo. Was not insinuating any lack of intelligence on your part. :)

Also, what you do with your prostate is your own business. :hi:

Then why bother having a message board? We may as well follow your lead and blindly agree with every decision a person makes because they are deemed a head coach at a major university. By your rationale every person that coaches in college football is qualified and should never be questioned. Let me ask you this, when did you realize your philosophy was hot garbage when Dooley was running the show here? Not saying Butch is as incompetent as Dooley, but to this point all of the praise he has received is based on how it seems things are going here based solely on recruiting and what he did at mid major schools. You don't want to acknowledge my comments, that's fine. But don't insinuate what other people should do based on your opinion. Because that does make you sound like an arse, and a delusional one at that.

General Neyland had a garrison for people who questioned him. Used a firing squad on a couple of naysayers and the garrison was never needed again. He was the founder of the "Body Farm"

True story :)
