Ok i'll bite. Your previous experience as a recruit means very little. A recruit and a coach are polar opposites. As a player all you had to do is worry about committing. Coaches have to worry about many more things. This still doesn't qualify you to know what the coaches are thinking or how they are going to work out this recruiting class.
So what happens if coaches are untruthful? Do you honestly believe that coaches never break their promises?
I have repeatedly asked you for proof and you have provided none. You obviously are very unfamiliar with the burden of proof and I don't feel like explaining it to you. My proof? Ok. Gibson played QB exclusively last year at his high school. His 247 profile states he is a DT QB Torrance Gibson. I have read several different places that UT is recruiting him as a QB. What I haven't read is UT recruiting him as a WR. Now seeings how he played WR for fun at a couple of camps means very little. Basically everything we have heard about Gibson and Tennessee points to him playing QB here. Why is that hard for you to understand?

What do all of these articles have in common? They all mention Gibson as a QB and not a WR. If this doesn't end the discussion for you then I don't know what will.
However I will say this. If we land Gibson and he doesn't work out at QB and CBJ moves him to WR then I am fine with it. Until that happens all info points to Gibson coming here as a QB.
Also my stance is based on available facts and nothing else.
Be great to take 3 or 4 DT's and let 1 to 2 RS
They may try to do just that if they can. I think it will depend on where the 8-9 2014 DL guys end up. People tend to forget we took ALOT of them last year. IF you just took 2 DTs and 3 DEs in 2015, your still looking at 13-14 DL kids in just 2 classes for 4 actual spots on the field.
Tux you claimed to have been recruited by lee corso... Id say a LOT has changed about recruiting since you were recruited.
The DT's that are on our radar for this class may not have the luxury to RS. Depends on what happens with Sawyers, Jashon and Bennett. The other big cat from W TN may need to get in shape for the upcoming year.

Do you realize it is not what you are saying, but how you come across when you say it?
Some on here act like every coach recruits the same. I hope Butch Jones isn't like some of these dirtbags. Like Meyer, for instance. He seems like he has integrity. I hope he does.

Really not being argumentative here, but do you REALLY think that TG went to passing camps, which are designed to hone elite prospect's skills, and JUST FOR FUN decides to play receiver? The red flag that pops up in that story is that DOESN'T HAPPEN to top line talent. Taking a few reps is one thing, what happened is another. I still haven't heard it confirmed as a rumor or fact that he may lose his job to a transfer this year...I doubt that happens, but if it did would that have any impact on your thinking? I ask the question because I don't know the answer. :hi:
Looks similar to mine except I had 3 OL instead of 4 and your counting on (3) extra "Best Available". Mine figured on 4 more leaving, and yours figures on 8 more.
Will be interesting to see how it plays out.
I've got 67 scholarships for 2015 right now, giving us 18 spots. If we only lose 6 players between now and June 1 2015, that would be a freakish accomplishment.
There were 4 (of 21) in the first year for the 2013 class. The 2012 class lost 8 in the first year (and 1 more in year 2).
Hmm, we are off at least 1 here. I have it at 16. I would guess your not counting Weatherd which I was till he did not make it in so that would put it at 17 for me if he does not. I have been using "Evans Eleven" and it shows 81 scholarship players currently for UT. So I figured 12 SRs plus 4 to get it to 85.

Take a look and see where that extra 1 is at if you would.
I also noticed your using the June 2015 date, so your saying CBJ will over sign on NSD more spots than he has room to take on that day?
