If you had a 50/50 chance at Gibson on signing day or could lock Dormady up now (and you had to choose), which do you take?
With our scary QB situation in 2015, I take the safe bet and lock up Dormady now. Jennings is close enough to Gibson for me.

I'm going to go on a very short limb and guess that most of you already know my choice.
But I'll go a step further. If Dormady and Gibson tried to commit today at the same time and I was the coach, I'd take Dormady. That's how much I like his game/ how well he fits our offense.
Yeah, I agree. IF the staff wants to take another HS QB, I am all in on Dormady.
IF they decide they prefer to go with a Juco kid(to replace Fergs) and someone who may be able to play a bit sooner, I have decided that guy is Larry Cutbirth.

Yeah, I noticed that. Tells me his arm is pretty good. Also something I believe is coachable.
You are right, surprising good throws coming off that back foot. The only think that worries me with back foot passers, some people start throwing off their back foot do to fear of getting hit. You know, kind of a bail out plan?
Eh you've had better. It's good, just not great. I think there is a model work a similar last name, I thought you were going in that direction.
Watched Dormady's video last night. Could be wrong, but don't recall seeing any plays where he tucked the ball and ran with it. Not saying that is necessarily a bad thing, but I am wondering does he have the ability to run the read option or would he be pro style all the way? I agree with those who believe we only need a QB to run the read option 5-6 times per game to keep the defense honest and also be able to extend plays and scrambling occasionally, but I am not comfortable with a QB who has limited mobility. Before anyone says "Manning & Brady say hello", they are the exception, not the rule and I don't see anything in his video that makes me think of either of those two. Not saying I don't like him or he is not a take, just wondering if he brings any mobility to the position. If the staff takes him, I'm good with that all day, every day.
Side Note: My last statement is applicable to any recruit.

He stares down his reciever and never goes through progressions, which is why hes usually reeling and throwing off his back foot.. But other than that, they looked like good highlights.. We sure he's a '15?
