If you're talking about Blue Points then I agree, but you said Watch Hill. Totally different. The only way I would eat Blue Points is Raw. The only way I would eat Watch Hill (if I had to in the first place) is Heavily coated and fried to a deep almost black brown, and dipped in Long John Silvers relish Aioli.

You sure do know your food.

We were in Stonington after my husband moved his boat from winter storage in Portland. He was hungry so we stopped in for supper at the Dog Watch Cafe. Fried oysters sounded tasty, and they were.

Last night I had Buffalo Sauce grilled chicken breasts with grilled broccoli, mushrooms, squash and tomatoes (all with lemon/olive oil). Served those with baked potatoes.
