Noel Devine is who I think of first. He had over 200 carries as a So last year and 6.3 ypc in the process.

I very much doubt Dorsett was much, if any, over 190 at any point in his career and most likely a good bit less as a true Fr when he went for 1,600+ IIRC.

Still, backs like that are in fact pretty few and far between.
