I know enough of the people that play there to know, it's not that great. I know that video coordinator isn't where he wants to be, but OR would be the last place I would go.

No offense, but he's not transfering in to play. Those opinions you've heard are from a different angle altogether. Considering the source of their troubles is likely the HC, hed be the new one, so were back to a moot point so far as how the current players view the program or "job".
