We need to see the memo + FISA Application

The application for any warrant is a sworn document in which the applicant guarantees that the information it contains is 'true and correct'. If an unconfirmed (and unconfirmable) item, were included, the applicant would be guilty of perjury.

ALL FISA warrants are legally secret.
The FISA fatal flaw is that not having to acknowledge the warrant means "less than factual" probable cause is now routinely used to obtain a secret FISA warrant.
i.e: the FISA court is lied too... and FISA warrants are being issued based on false or less than factual probable cause.

FISA Fatal Flaw correction would require Congress to have “oversight authority” for the FISA warrant applications. Executive branch agencies cannot provide FISA Court oversight… because they are the agencies using the fabricated probable cause.

WARNING… this information is slightly dated and FISA law is adjusted often, so double check with subject matter experts [recommend Judge Napolitano]

I'm all for hammering Clinton and Obama on their contributions to the deep state, but OP is missing mention of anything about W, therefore red flags go off for every reasonably unbiased person here.

Trump is not going to go after her. Give up on it. She's safe because Trump doesn't want anybody coming after him or his people, when he's lost power.

Unless he really isn't establishment as norm. That's been my hope all along. That he's there to kick ### and take names, no matter what letter is beside the names, and that's why Washington has been trying to take him down, no matter what letter is beside their name.

A man can hope.

Agree. If anyone will do it, Trump will. He may get talked out of it by the RINOs. Some of them may be implicated as well. If I were Trump, I would be so pissed that I would want to burn the place down and let the cards fall where they may.

Bush was a puppet, piece of crap Neocon. If we could go back and find a reason to arrest him for treason, I'd support that initiative in a heartbeat.

Short of doing that, what reason is there to talk about him in this context of Obama/Hillary/Deep State corruption, and ending the Mueller investigation?

Short of a historical review of 40 years of corruption, what context does Bush have in this conversation?
