Anybody know where you can find an updated list of UT baseball commits? Buddy of mine said Serrano's 2014 & 2015 classes are highly rated.

SO very interesting update to this.

1. Jake Westphal was at a Perfect Game showcase this weekend and was sitting 90-93 FB with a CH at 71. Thats big because he was previously clocked at high 80's. Another great arm that will be needed!

This is what PG had to say about him....

This was the best that Westphal has ever thrown at any of his numerous PG events over the years. His delivery seemed calmer with better tempo and he pounded the strike zone for two innings with a 90-93 mph fastball that simply overpower hitters. The Tennessee signee showed a solid mid-70's curveball for strikes as well.

2. On all of the first and second round mock drafts for the MLB draft (June 5th-7th), none of them list Thomas, Santiago, or Leftridge in them. Actually the highest one of them was 158 and that was Santiago. IMO we will get 2 of 3 of them unless they are deadset on going pro. We need them all bad.

3. We have some good pitching coming in. I am very interested to watch Kevin Steen progress. He throws high 80's to low 90's but is only 165. Herm will add 10-15 lbs on him EASY.

Going of last years draft, if a player is drafted in the 9th round on. (esp out of HS) they usually dont sign. That is around 270ish. So that should be a good reference to us.
