They NEVER go to an announcement unless they are 110 percent sure it is going to Tennessee.

Vonn Bell is the lone exception but everyone thought he was a Vol up until a half hour before he announced.

I'm still trying to figure out what caused him to drop from a 98 to a 97 in the composites on 247... He didn't drop on any of the recent sites (did he?) and he's still a 5-star 98 #26 player in the country by 247.

If 247 would use their own rankings instead of their composites for their "class rankings" TN will likely have 3 5-star and 7 4-star commits after tonight.
