"I want to get to Ohio State, Clemson, Auburn, Tennessee and LSU," Watson said.
The 6-foot-4, 195-pounder has a strategy going into most of these visits.
"If I like it I'll put them on top," Watson said. "If not, I'll tell them thanks but no thanks."
Another key dynamic is his connection with other top recruits in Georgia in the 2014 class. Watson bonded with several of them late last month in Atlanta at the RisingSeniors.com Bowl.
Recruits like 4-star wide receiver Demarre Kitt, 4-star defensive back Nick Glass, tight end Milan Richard, 4-star athlete Myles Autry and 5-star linebacker Raekwon McMillan.
Kitt slightly favors Clemson over Ohio State. Glass is a soft commit to Georgia. Richard has Clemson on top over Georgia and South Carolina. Autry favors Ohio State as does McMillan who has the Buckeyes one with Clemson two and Georgia three.
It's still early for everyone involved, but the crew could all wind up at the same place.
"We were all just clicking on the first day at the Junior Day," Watson said. "We talked about all of the schools interested in us and if we all went to the same school how special that would be. We'll see if that happens. We could have 12 people (from Georgia) all end up on the same team."
Where would that place be?
"I'm thinking Clemson or Ohio State for all of us," Watson said. "Oregon is another one. They said they don't recruit much on the East Coast but they said they like all of us. Tennessee is another place that a lot of people like, too. A lot of people like the town, the game day atmosphere and they have a new coach (Butch Jones) that runs a spread offense and throws a lot."
