If you just go by measurables then Neal is a NFL type RB. His biggest issues are ball security & getting tackled to easy.

I remember a RB a few years ago that had those same issues, he is now one of the best RB's in the NFL.

Neal is only going to be a Jr, he now has a legit RB coach. The potential is there.
