I really really like Serano. His interviews are great, he's been successful and knows what he's doing. But for whatever reason it just hasn't worked here. I would be ok with him staying and at the same time understand if he's let go. We have been competing for 14th, 13th and 12th place basically every year. Anyone can do that. I have never coached baseball and can compete for last place in the SEC. IF he is let go, Chris Burke is the first person that comes to mind. Doubt he'd do it but he is by far the best baseball analyst there is IMO.
