Well, after nearly a two month layoff, I started back. I'll post my WOD later. Gf and I are fixing to get am hour couples massage. Coincidence I started back on the same day as our massage? I think not! Lulz

At the top of every minute for 10 minutes

- Hang Squat Clean and Split Jerk (115#) x 2

* WOD

15 min AMRAP

- Power Clean (95#) x 3
- Split Jerk (95#) x 6
- Front Squat (95#) x 9

Finished 4 rds
 
* Lift of the day

10 rounds, every 45 seconds

- Hang snatch high pulls x 3


* WOD ( 10 rounds For Time)

- Burpees x 10
- Sit Ups x 10
