And people dont forget, facts are not always what a jury convicts or finds a defendent not guilty. should it? Absolutly, but not always the case. Prosecution pulled at the heart and that will go a long ways
I don't see any evidence to convict Zimmerman. He very well may have killed Martin with "hate in his heart" but the prosecution hasn't proven a thing. I have watched the past two days of this trial. I really had no idea of what to believe prior.
If Zimmerman set out to kill Martin because of hate in his heart, why did he wait until after he had taken a beating? I think he shot only after he had been badly beaten and the gun became visible because of his efforts to get away from the concrete walk. He was justified to shoot before that point under the rules of self defense, but he did not shoot until he absolutely had to do it. jmo
That's kinda my thinking now. It's bad how the media and Hollywood can portray an act to fit their agenda. I really have ignored this case until yesterday. Zimmerman will be forced into witness protection should he be found not guilty. If Zimmerman set out to kill Martin because of hate in his heart, why did he wait until after he had taken a beating?
