Zimmerman Trial

No one posting in this thread would be selected for that jury.

You seem to have missed why he said "color of her personality."

Dude - I would have been the gray man - totally gray. I'm on that jury. Once I'm in, I hang in like a tick. And I make faces like "WTF?" during the prosecution's closing.

And people dont forget, facts are not always what a jury convicts or finds a defendent not guilty. should it? Absolutly, but not always the case. Prosecution pulled at the heart and that will go a long ways

I don't think so. I think they've tired out the "child" angle, and the defense has done an amazing job portraying the actual Martin.

Just found out it's trial by jury the judge is basically there to regulate everything it's up to the jury. OMG! #ZimmermanTrial

I don't see any evidence to convict Zimmerman. He very well may have killed Martin with "hate in his heart" but the prosecution hasn't proven a thing. I have watched the past two days of this trial. I really had no idea of what to believe prior.

If Zimmerman set out to kill Martin because of hate in his heart, why did he wait until after he had taken a beating? I think he shot only after he had been badly beaten and the gun became visible because of his efforts to get away from the concrete walk. He was justified to shoot before that point under the rules of self defense, but he did not shoot until he absolutely had to do it. jmo

It's kind of hard to portray him as a vigilante as well. Charles Bronson's character from "Death Wish" never called 911, did he?

That's kinda my thinking now. It's bad how the media and Hollywood can portray an act to fit their agenda. I really have ignored this case until yesterday. Zimmerman will be forced into witness protection should he be found not guilty.

#ZimmermanTrial due to this trial they should make a law for it to be illegal to shoot/kill anyone under 21 years old

LOL, what a moron. . .

So it will be legal to shoot/kill someone over 21?

Hell, if some 14 year old comes at me and starts bashing my head in I wouldn't hesitate to end it if I had the proper equipment.

Mark O'Mara brought in the concrete part of the sidewalk showing that this was used as a weapon to bash GZ's head on plus the use of Martin's fist as a weapon was a great visual for the jury to see that this was not just a little 17 year old child without a weapon to use for an attack. This was very clever on the defense part.
