Apparently.
I'm infuriated. Now I understand why this case is important- it's gone from a regular murder trial to a statement on the rampant abuses of our government and its corrupt cronies.
Somebody needs to go slap that lady judge to wake her up. She wants to argue with the defense on everything.
The difference is that they are being deliberately directed to go for a lesser charge so the idiots in prosecution and the corrupt judge can look better.
The judge is not corrupt. Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson are corrupt for their actions that are directly related to the way she has handled this whole trial.
How can you not say she is corrupt? Her job is to approach the trial without biases and rule fairly both for prosecution and defense. What the hell has made you think she's done that?
combined effort between prosecution, defense and judge. I always thought this was one of the judges big duties they did themselves
