The defenses witness, one of the most respected forensic pathologists in the country over the past 30 years, is destroying the states case that the ME's made. He's pretty much disputing all the points the ME made in regards to the case and West is doing a great job up there. Great day for the defense

My favorite quote from the Doctor was that a person could walk/talk for up to 10-15 seconds after heart ripped out of their chest. So, their goes State's theory that Trayvon died instantly and couldn't have talked or moved his arms.

Off the top of my head, I think 2 reasons. First, State's argument was that Trayvon was the one screaming b/c screaming stopped immediately after the gunshot. So since Trayvon got hit in heart, then he died instantly and that's why the screaming stopped right after the gunshot was heard. Second, State's argument was that Zimmerman was lying about moving Trayvon's arms apart and Trayvon sitting up saying "you got me" after being shot.

If they would have said people who think Casey Anthony was "not sufficiently proved of first-degree murder" then they would be right about me.

Haha the State prosecutor pointed out on cross that Trayvon could have hit Zimmerman in the head with a tree branch. (Little bit of exaggeration but not much)
