Make special note of immediately after the highlighted area. It looks pretty clear that contact with TM is completely broken off at this point. If TM had wanted to be at home with Skittles and tea he apparently had that option. So why didn't it work out that way?

Point is that the youngster knew why he was being watched and decided to play outlaw. It is a tragedy, but people should not think that he died because somebody decided to murder him. He died because he assaulted somebody who happened to be armed.

FYI the Zimmerman trial is still going on. Defense trying to get in DAMNING evidence. Fight texts, texts about trying to buy a gun within last few weeks, ....etc. Tomorrow will be interesting.
