You guys are gonna be very surprised by his progress and I’ll leave it at that!!!

Hmm, new poster and have been coming out with confident statements. Either trolling or you know some thangs. I'm going with the later for now.

That would mean no blackshear or other Grad if we get Cone unless there is another transfer? Didn't realize but ORN was playing PG in Fiba 3 years ago.
It sounds to me like they’re going for Cone and ORN, those 2 will decide soonest...if they land both then they may be out on Blackshear or they’ll be looking for a scholarship from somewhere. To this point they’ve not seriously pursued any graduate transfers, they really like the idea of Cone & ORN, but Blackshear isn’t your typical grad transfer.

If the plan is to keep kent I think it's possible the staff tries to get a 6th year for him down the road. Imo they won't go down that road unless he becomes a valuable piece

That's my belief. He has 3 years to become a contributor. If it's working out it may not be difficult to win an appeal for the extra year. Edpecially considering that the heat could really be turned up on the NCAA in another couple of years. Dabo just signed for 10 years at $93 million. Not a very good climate to deny a player an opportunity to play for free for another year.

Let’s be clear, im not saying he’s going to be SEC Player of the Year, but he’s def progressed a lot than wat many on this feed is giving him credit for.. atleast what I’ve seen so far.. let’s hope it translate on the court

If G.W. does not return, we will need to run zone defense or we will struggle on Defense!

I've never been in the camp that ZK is a wasted scholarship. If he can completely recover from the repaired knee and stay injury free I think that he'll surprise his haters. He might be one of the better passers on the team and seems to have a good BB IQ.

Possible he also pursues that option and transfers out if he isn’t getting impact minutes.

Hopefully no one we need to closely follow, IMO. But as it stands, Olivier Robinson-Nkamhoua, PF from the DC area.
Pitt, Illinois, Minnesota and Tennessee...not a bad 4 schools to be pursuing you, guess all the coaches are wrong? I’m not saying he’s a can’t miss guy but I’m a little hesitant to declare him a scrub if those 4 schools are pursuing him.

There's lots of time left on his clock and everybody has kept their options open. If he's a smart kid he should easily be a grad transfer candidate (maybe even with 2 years eligibility left) and no doubt CRB would be on board with that if he's not getting minutes.

Not real flashy, but could be one of your consistent Blue collar types. Has grown 4 inches since 2016 when he was playing PG for Fiba. Has the kind of frame that could add some bulk down low. Hard to question Barnes' eye for hidden talent. if I had my druthers I'd rather have Blackshear, but that's just wishful thinking at this point.
