Go Sooners. Besides my unbridled hate for Alabama and Georgia that I am sure y’all share with me.... We don’t have a lot of head to head recruiting battles with Oklahoma. Clemson is a major thorn in our side in recruiting. We regularly face off with the gumps mutts and kitties and one more title for them is something that would directly hurt us on the recruiting trail.

I really don’t care who wins as long as it’s not Georgia. We don’t need Kirby getting anymore momentum than he already has.

At the moment does it matter much? We need to just worry about getting back to beating the Mizzou’s and Vandy and Kentucky’s of the world.

Unless it's helpful to Tennessee in the rankings, I always pull for the conference. Just the way I've always done it. I want every team Tennessee plays to be undefeated when we play them. That helps Tennessee look good when we're actually good enough to beat ANY of them.

Same for bowls and playoffs. The more the SEC looks good, the better chance Tennessee will get the benefit of the doubt when it comes to splitting hairs by the committee.

Some people don't feel that way. That's cool. Everyone's entitled to their opinion.

Auburn or LSU I'm good with. I'd cheer for Florida before Bammer or Georgia and I hate the Gators.
