Everyone will witness tomorrow night at 7PM in Neyland that UT Football is back. Yes, friends I know it is a little too late in the season to be turning anything around but with Nick Stephens named as the starter, I feel more confidence about this and I think Stephens will perform well and finally get the credit he deserves. He has accuracy, a little bit of mobility, and great throws on the run. I think there will be a new sense of air spread among this team tomorrow night and even carry along to the UGA game, yes Down goes UGA again and dawg fans can get over theirselves.

Sounds like somebody doesn't believe, I question your fanhood? Georgia is not good, plain and simple, they are overrated and yes we have not been that good neither, UGA will not be able to recover from their injuries to multiple players from the BAMA game. I read the article in the atlanta journal, only 6 of the 15 injured will get to play against Tennessee, you do the math, Tennessee does beat UGA.

Not to beat a dead bruin, but UCLA was beat up as well.

I want Stephens to come out and light it up as much as anyone, but let's take it one step at a time.

... you're doing it all wrong...

Fellas, wake up, Tennessee is going to beat Florida

Florida coming off a week off next week will be out of sync and will not be ready, and then the next week we roll down to Auburn to spank the Tigers

I'm with you man. I hope Stephens opens this team up. And I still think we can beat UGA and BAMA and everyone else! GO VOLS!!!

Qb mobility is over rated. Peyton, Casey , Erik and other successful Tennessee qbs operated from the pocket due to their abilities to read a defense and adjust accordingly. Conversly Tee won the big one being able to move the pocket. Maybe offensive execution is key... :dunno:

I agree its not always that important - was just pointing out that the OP said he had a little bit of mobility, then I suppose Clausen was a speed demon... JC has the most of the three(kinda hampered by the ankle this year though imo) , follwed by Coleman, then Stephens imo.

This is an example of why you shouldn't use drugs.

starter. I am happy about the change--who isn't--but I'm not expecting the redhead to come out and light it up. And while I'd rather not think about it, what happens if he struggles and the game is a struggle. Then we've got a situation...

We can 'what if' this thing to death. The point is, no matter how Stephen's plays, he can't do any worse than JC has already done. Virtually anything would be an improvement at this point.
