Good match by Jericho and Kofi.

What did he do?

Came out talking about how the John Cena he sees now is not the same one that he faced. When in fact, the past couple of weeks all Cena has done is come out and talked about how he's going to fight. Not to mention he's still always coming out smiling and dancing. Rather silly, methinks.

One thing that severely upsets me about Jericho is that they, at some point, determined the Walls of Jericho wasn't an acceptable finishing move. Like...When did they decide that every single person can effectively get out of it?

It's a modified Boston Crab. That hasn't been a sexy move since 1978.

My friend always tells me he changed it over the years, he used to sit down more when he locked it in, but now its a more less painful version...iono if its true, just something he always says everytime he sees Jericho lol

That is true. They made him change it from his WCW/early WWF days. It was deemed too dangerous I think. The one he used tonight, and the one he used against Punk a couple of weeks ago, is more akin to the original version than the lame boston crab move he usually does.

There's got to be a payoff. The drunk angle is just too lame.

who didn't know that Punk was faking? I mean Punk is legitally straight edge. It's not his wrestling gimmick. It's who Phillip Jack Brooks really is. Messing with it is not something a straight edge guy would do, nor is it something he would admit to as his personality if he fell from it.

It was just awful. Why can't they just let Punk work in the ring and do his thing on the mic?

I think it's largely because Jericho is just a shell of his former self, especially on the mic. And I say that as one of his biggest fan of the past 15 years. His comeback was a mistake.

I agree. I think his biggest mistake is that he feels like he has to evolve, but his character in the late 90's/early 00's was just too good.

Way to bury your tag team champions again WWE.. Anybody else remember when the Tag Team division meant something.

I've had a change of heart on the Brock/Cena feud. I'm with Brock

Even if Vince doesn't like tag teams now and its legacy, they forgot that once upon a time, guys like Shawn Michaels, Steve Austin, Edge, and Bret Hart first made their big marks in tag team wrestling.
