I would say they can't be any dumber, but we've yet to see Daniel Bryan, plus we have to put up with Cena vs Otunga in the main event.

Haha Henry messed up his lines yet again. Its WWE champion, not world heavyweight champion.

Prolly for the money. Rumor is he is making $5 mil for a year, only obligated to 2 appearances a month.

Probably a fair monetary deal for both parties. However, he sucks and has no charisma. Wrestlers need to look back at the big name guys from the 80's and 90's that played off stereotypes. Most of the guys today are forgettable.

Part of the problem is that nobody has cool names anymore. We have guys like John Cena, David Otunga, Alex Riley, Santino Marella, Brock Lesnar, Daniel Bryan, Michael McGillicutty, Wade Barrett, etc etc. And a lot of it reflects in lack of character (not necessarily with all those guys). I don't expect people to have cheesy gimmicks, but almost all of the all time greats have some kind of nickname.

A lot of that goes back to them not building their undercard over the better part of the last decade. It shows when they're having to bring people back like Rock, Lesnar, and Jericho to rely on them.

Is it just me or are the F5 and AA the same move, only one ends face up while the other ends up on his side?

I really don't think the lack of "cool names" has hurt Brock Lesnar or John Cena. Hell, Cena's a bigger star than most of the guys in the 80's and 90's ever dreamed of being.

Wrestling has always had stars with bland names. Scott Hall, Kevin Nash, Bill Goldberg, Kurt Angle, Kerry Von Erich, Harley Race, Arn Anderson, Nick Bockwinkel, Larry Zbyzsko, and on and on...those guys put far more asses in the seats than The Barbarian, Psychosis, Mantaur, Glacier, Red Rooster, and The Yeti.

I think I read somewhere that Brock was leaving UFC because his "health". I think it shows wwe is obviously desperate to bring BL back and put him on top as if he never left.

P.S. The coolest nickname wrestler to me was the Missing Link.

Doesn't seem desperate to me at all.

In fact, I'd argue it negligent not to capitalize on his popularity and availability to return. Why would you not bring Brock back if he's willing and able?

Piper is so damn good. Its a travesty he never had the WWE title, especially considering the other guys over the year who have had it.

Also AJ has a cute little butt.

even at the peak of his popularity, Cena can't hold Austin, Hogan, Rock, or Goldberg's jockstrap. I would even somewhat argue this for HBK and Taker.

It is definately desperate, A smart move but desperate in the fact they are bowing down to a man that walked out on the industry twice already. If the wwe was better off like say the attidtude era then they may bring him back but no way he comes back like this.

I do agree it is smart to cash in on some ratings but I think that will flame out fast.

Yeah I'm ready for it to be over. Its rehashing the same thing over and over now. Jericho is just a mere shadow of his former self.

For somebody that's supposed to be a lawyer, Otunga acts really dumb in the ring. How can you mess a cover up that bad?
