Wanted the punt but enjoyed it.

Other than Khalifa that was a solid Raw

Out of all the Mania stuff, they've really built up Rollins/Orton the best. Everything else has been flat.

That character is perfect. No one else can play it and no theme song has ever been more fitting for a wrestler. Taker ' s is more iconic, aas are Hogan's and Austin's, but Randy Orton is defined by his theme song.

I liked the Wyatt bit. Bringing his rocking chair back was so cool only to light it on fire. It sucked that they did the closeup where you could see the burner apparatus underneath though.

Just ridiculous that they didn't have Sting actually doing the talking though. Unforgivable really.

I re watched the Wyatt scene. I truly don't think we've had a better character like him since the original Kane. Unlike all the other guys like him though, he could out talk anyone in the business right now. I don't know who he goes up against after he goes over against Taker. I would be very happy if he went true anti establishment and went against the Authority like a modern day Austin, but with less beer and more Nietzsche speeches. I'd also be happy with him poking at the hypocrisy of Rusev as an individual, he's about the only guy left who could keep Rusev's gimmick working.

But what he should do is appear during an Ascension match, cost them the win, and they both fall on their knees in worship of him, and then he can make them tolerable.

Not to get off topic but if anyone didn't know, John Morrison and AJ Styles will be in action in Kingsport, TN. May 9th. Should be pretty good for a local show.

Bray's bit was great. The part where Taker gave his 'response" was worse than the Sting interview. IMO. I just don't know why they couldn't at least has Taker's image on the screen with the message written out rather than what sounded like a 0 year old recording of "Rest in Peace".

The graphic that read the dead man comes around at wrestle mania was all that was needed. I disagree that it was worse than some random Joe voicing Sting, but it did make the promo a little worse than it could've been.

Also, I'm beating a dead horse, but the Bulgarian supporting Russia and trashing the US will never work. There's an out of work Russian bodybuilder somewhere that can actually support Russia, but the Rusev bit can't end soon enough.

Also, I wish Stephanie had told Show and Kane to go home for good. Then Wyatt could've finally drug the monster from the depths to help him get over against Taker. Show retires and then Kane leaves to be a Knoxville politician. Would've made the best RAW ever.

D you think thy are really speaking Bulgarian? Sometimes it sounds to me like they are just throwing sounds out. I don't speak Bulgarian so I wouldn't know the difference but I have wandered that.

Lana spent a good portion of her life in Russia and is fluent. I've always assumed they were talking Russian. Bulgaria is still (relunctantly) very dependent on Russia so Rusev probably speaks it as well.

I just think it is a useless storyline. If they wanted to really create heat with a foreign character, make it someone from Iran or North Korea.

Working with NATO sounds like a pretty cool job.

It's fun. Definitely a nice break from regular Big Army life.

And I agree with Crusse. N. Korea would go apes*** if there was a N. Korean character. Putin probably just thinks we're dumber than he previously thought.
