What makes you say this? WWE has shown no sign of that happening IMO.

Just look at how his character is acting. Being aggressive with Bryan, who is playing the innocent victim part. It's setting up for him to make a turn. He'll be booed to hell at Fastlane and Mania. How can you have a face WHC who gets booed everywhere he goes?

I'm with Eric. I didn't see any indication of a heel turn.

Check his resume and get back to me. I'll wait.

I am not doubting his previous accomplishments, I guess I just never understood his popularity. But maybe he was the best the WCW had.
I dont see how, at 55 or 56, his in ring performance will be what it used to be or live up to the expectations the WWE is trying to build.

On a lighter note Reigns has nearly perfected his Mighty Mouse punch, and looks really mean in his emergency personal flotation vest.

I'd agree with you, but .... this isn't a build to a final run where a 50 something is going to main event for a few months. It's one 15 minute match designed purely for spectacle.

I think its just the only way for them to have two faces interacting with each other physically. I agree that they should turn him heel, and I HOPE so badly that they do, but last night's Raw for me was an indication that he won't be. There were plenty of opportunities for him to turn heel last night and he didn't. Even in the closing moments, he didn't get physical with Bryan until Bryan did first. Hopefully I'm wrong.

IMO this is one reason why I felt they couldn't go with Taker - Sting. Triple H still has the ability to carry Sting through a match and Wyatt can do the same with Taker.

Yes, it would have been awesome to see those two icons face to face in the ring but the match itself would have lacked IMO. That being said, with WM 32 in Cowboy stadium, they are going to have to put together an awesome card to sell 100,000 tickets. I wouldn't be surprised to see Taker - Sting next year in what would be the last match for both of them.

had Vince ever been able to lure him away, he would've been a top WWE guy as well. As for being 50, I suppose you don't like the Undertaker either?

I like the Undertaker just fine. But lets be honest, his in ring performance is nearly sad at this point. His character is still great, but you know that when/or if he has to get in the ring its disappointing.

I am by no means dogging on Sting, I simply was just never a big fan of his. And this move by the WWE seems like they are phishing for ratings.
