Ditto, this is the stupidest thing I’ve read in a long time. Making the NCAA is better than winning the NIT.

Really don't even care to play in the NIT unless you need to practice some guys for next season. It is a nothing tourney that shouldn't even exist anymore.

University of Texas won it this year. By firing Rick Barnes and hiring Shaka Smart, University of Texas basically traded early NCAA tournaments for a NIT championship!
