Would you be Okay if they appointed Jay Graham interim coach immediately?

Why Coiner? The secondary has by far been the weakest link of this team, he needs to be demoted if anything.

No. "Interim" coaches are almost never retained unless they become "permanent." He's not permanent material ... yet.

I think S&C coach Ron McKeefry has done a tremendous job with these guys. I wouldn't mind seeing him retained. Agreed on your other 2 examples as well.

Having said that, if we do luck up and hire Gruden he can hire or fire any damn coach he wants!

I would hate for Graham to take the interim job because he may be looked at as a threat by the incoming coach. JMO. I think he's the best or right up there with the best running back coaches in the country, pro or college.
