Definitely not.

The correct call is a block on Morgan. In that situation, I couldn't have blamed them for letting it play on, which would have probably resulted in Michigan getting the ball anyway off the steal and the ball staying in bounds.

If you continue to watch the play after the ball left Stokes' hands, Michigan immediately grabbed the ball, but his foot was out of bounds. UT would have got the ball with 6 seconds left if the officials didn't call the foul.

Not saying that we would have won the game, because UT's ability to score on an inbounds play was extremely rare.

It had to either be a charge or a no-call. Either way UT loses the ball.
