.

Interestingly this is pretty much how Islam treats women.

This is my issue here....there's no cohesive agenda that everyone's rallying around. Everyone has their own individual ax to grind, which makes the whole thing come off as disjointed and forces the whole group to lose credibility.

It makes the whole thing look like one big group therapy session for Hillary's loss.

Maybe it's what they needed, were there any ponies, coloring books, hot chocolate, etc. Now that it's over maybe everyone can try and work together instead of ripping each other to shreds. No good will come out of all this hate.

I wouldn't say brilliant as is. I don't agree with abortion (I do view it as murder) but I understand that without it there would be many parentless children and some circumstances maybe abortion is the best option. So it looks we are stuck between a rock and a hard place. Many liberals chant "pro choice" but yet the man has no say or choice. A quick google shows some states require both parents consent, but most don't and it's not a federal law to require both parents consent. Yes, I understand it's the woman's body that carries around the baby. But she knew what could happen when she slept with the guy, and if the guy wants his child it should be his right to be able to raise his child. The ruling now isn't beautiful.

Make unwed fathers not responsible for child support. He has no choice in if it will be taken to term or not so he shouldn't be fettered to the decision of the mother.

I understand the logic behind abortion laws and why it was made legal. I just don't understand the sheer joy the left seems to express over it. Celebrating tragedy, but then again this is the side that said never let a tragedy go to waste so I shouldn't be so surprised.

I'm actually in the middle. The guy shouldn't stick his junk in without knowing the consequences.

Abortion should be legal until the second trimester. Abortions 8 months in is absolutely murder.

My MIL was also unsupportive of them. She spent several years in Saudi Arabia so she's pretty familiar with what actual oppression of women looks like. That's what cracks me up about that American flag hijab. If they tried this in the Middle East they'd be stoned. But they're terrified of living here.

I noticed at the march here one of the main leaders is also the head BLM malcontent. Shocking.

Give a narcissist any platform, and he/she is happy as a pig in slop. The cause doesn't matter - just the opportunity to perform in front of an audience.

A woman shouldn't spread her legs without knowing the consequences either.

Clay Travis just crushed ESPN and the protesters. Definitely worth reading this article.

I read the first few paragraphs and gave up. His first couple of sentences sort of disqualified him at the start. Also, 3 or 4 paragraphs in he said "sports fans are overwhelmingly conservative". Maybe at the end of the article he makes a joke about using "alternative facts". I'll never know because I couldn't make it to the end.

Once you make a couple of stupid statements (one completely false) the true and good points you may be making tend to get lost.

What was completely false?

What a stupid question. They would each be able to quickly give you a list of their top 5 reasons why they think the protests were appropriate. (their list wouldn't all be the same, but there would be one or two issues that showed up on all 3)
My mother didn't protest. She was born in 1914, started working at age 14, before she finished high school in 1932. She worked every day until having major cancer surgery at age 91. She then came back to work until one month before her death at age 93.

From the moment she graduated high school in 1932 until 1947, she was never without a job for even a day, and always gave 2 weeks notice. She also never took a sick day, even though she worked for the government during the War. She was in charge of rationing supplies to people in the county.

Then in 1947, she opened her own business, which she ran for 60 years, also without sick days, except for maybe a week to give birth twice. She also ran for Mayor of a small Southern town in 1956, and although she was unsuccessful, she at least gave it a shot.

My point is that my mother didn't feel the need to protest anything. She just got off of her ass, and went to work. She built a successful retail business, and property rental business. If you think that somebody like me thinks that women are not equal, you weren't raised by my mother.

Here's a solid piece from the article.

'Women are free and equal here. Travel overseas and start fighting in countries where women really don't have rights. But, you know, that's dangerous. Bad things might happen to you there. If you're a protester and you aren't risking your life or your liberty, guess what, you aren't really a protester. You're just someone who wants a good selfie background for social media.' *

He's actually correct. Hyperbolic on the "overwhelmingly," but sports fans in general do lean conservative.

So you feel that most sports fans are overwhelmingly liberal?

I'd say that's a big hell no.

Found it interesting that one of the organizers of the event is none other than Alicia Garza, one of the founders of BLM

Also, one of the agendas of the march, which most of these yuppie liberal white women wont know or care about, is the "end the use of military style weapons, machinery, and tactics in African-American neighborhoods"

I dont know where to start with this type of blatant ignorance

1) we drive the same cars and carry the same guns everywhere

2)When you shoot at the police, dont expect a ****ing ice cream truck to roll up

3)clean up the neighborhood, stop killing each other, act civilized and the police will leave your ass alone

sweet-tooth-concept-art.jpg

WHY NOT?

After listening to the full Ashley Judd speech, that is a prime example of why Donald Trump was elected. Bull**** like that has been accepted and praised for too long.

Hyperbolic to say the least. The article says sports "viewers" skew republican. Travis was talking about sports fans. (small difference) But we're sort of splitting hairs. I would rate his comment as "false". You would rate his comment as correct but hyperbolic.

Perhaps an alternate fact?
