The CIA hacked the DNC, State Dep., themselves, and others; then gave it to WikiLeaks all in an effort to elect Trump, blame Russia, and investigate Trump and his associates?

Or a third party did the hacking and the CIA made it appear as if it were from Russia in order to increase their own funding (funds go down during peace).

Or a third party did the hacking who has the capability the CIA does of making it appear to have came from another country

John McAfee himself said it's impossible to prove who did the hacking. When it comes to internet security, I'll take his word for it.
