I shot my first armadillo with a Glock 17 last weekend. I was pretty proud. Usually I just run over them with my car.

did it jump about 5 feet in the air? I dont figure it will be much longer until they are back roaming in my yard. Unless there is a totally new crop, there shouldnt be many left around here. I cant remember the total count from last year but I think it was around 40.

Nah. It dropped with one shot. It was in really thick brush and hubs missed it I think 9 times. I walked over and dropped it on my first shot.

I remind him of it daily.


I fawking hate them and all the damn holes they dig. So nasty too. I don't know how many we have yet. Won't know until we get moved I guess. I wish i could train my dog to kill them.

I came home and the cat had a stroke and it could not move i had no gun at the time and i could not bring myself to bash it with a rock so i put it in the pool

here is the deal with me and armadillos. My normal day during the summer is spent mowing, trimming, and weeding the flowers. I am very picky about my yard and prefer for it to look like a golf course. Those rootin bastards can **** that up in one night. I just cant stand for it and wont.

Can you describe feline stroke symptoms? It prolly just got into your stash.
