I liked the fight but our team has further to go than I thought. I can admit when I'm wrong, see you guys next year!

Not even completely down on the guy. But if you listen to him long enough, you begin to realize he just reads a bunch of sports columns and then repeats what they say. He has no real insight on anything. He talks like a used car salesman and has no real credibility to have an opinion on much. He was the sound board guy for the doc/heather show for many years and he does have a good radio voice. At the time, his ability to comment above doc/heather (jeff knew his stuff, he just had a niche) was well received. At the time Heather knew nothing and Doc was still just blathering about nonsense and intentionally arguing points with no sense just to cause arguments. When Will came on he had a different opinion that actually made some sense because it contradicted stupid Mickey. Now that he has his own show, it doesn't work there because there's no one talking stupid. The freshness of him humping every advertiser will wear off soon enough. I am in no way insulting this but for him to be a recovering alcoholic and then to promote Vodka/liquor businesses and say how wonderful it is just shows how deep he is in to saying whatever "the thing to say is". Again, anyone who has moved on from problems with a substance is to be admired and supported.

We have the superior bigger players at most, if not all positions.

We have a strategic advantage in that they have no film to study on us.

We have a fan turnout advantage according to JimmyH.

We have a motivated team and new coach that wants to prove everyone wrong.

Also, this game is at a neutral site so that doesn't play to WV's advantage either.

To think that this game is going to be a blowout for WV is absolutely ludicrous.

Classless post. He's not a recovering alcoholic. He was addicted to stuff much harder than that. And he isn't recovering. He's recovered. It's not your place to judge his character or talk about what he does for a living to feed his family. Shame on you.

Everyone has their demons. Alcohol among others things were his. I said promoting things that pulled you down seems wrong. I didn't judge his character, I said he over-promotes every advertiser to a point of it not being real. And I also said his credibility starts and stops based on what he read that morning on someone elses article/post.

You're talking out your rear and making assumptions. You don't know he just spouts what he reads. And everybody at 99.1 over-promotes. They just do what the sales team and advertisers want them to do.

And again, his problems we're much, much worse than alcohol. He wasn't out of control with alcohol, but he drank alcohol while doing worse things. I'm proud of him for talking about overcoming, and I'm sure as heck not going to criticize him for advertising a legal product.

Also, they get a ratings card every year. You say their show doesn't work, yet it gets decent ratings and callers the entire three hours. If it didn't work, nobody would buy ads for it.

You're talking about something you know nothing about, and you're putting down a very good person to do so.

Some of you on this site need some antidepressants.
