Actually, tilting your head back helps you sneeze. If you're looking up at the sun, that's probably why. I'll bet it doesn't work when the is rising or setting does it?

I disagree OWB, it happens to me also. It is usually when I first walk outside and there is a really bright sun. I actually look down I think and sneeze.
Well if it is that important to you I would say I do. It is such a common happening I really don't think about it. I don't look up, the sneeze makes my head go down. Good enough>?
