Why does ESPN hire such numskulls?

Since 1982,
UK, Purdue, and NC St have a combined 1 outright conference championship. None of those 3 have won a NC.
NC State is the only one of the 3 remotely close (and its over 50) to UT in wins during that span. UT has won roughly 115 more games than Purdue and UK have won.

UT has won 302 games, 5 SEC championships and 1 NC.

So no, they don't fall in the same category as any of those schools.

But "I love UT and stuff"

Lol.

Save your breath. He is just a troll.

I'll get to you tomorrow. But on a closing note, believing SOS quit because he lost to UT makes as much sense as thinking he quit because he won the Orange Bowl 56–23 and finished the season ranked number 3 in both polls. He quit because the AD (Foley) would not back his compliant against FSU's dirty play.

I've little respect for Steve as a person.
He quit USCe mid season. He screwed UF the way he left and the timing of his exit.
That’s funny...Florida complaining about dirty play...you really are a delusional troll. Go back to you slime hole in gator land and stay off this site...

Tennessee claims six national titles and has the years listed prominently inside of Neyland, so I'll defer to the school on this one.
it says USC was the 1967 NC -- I guess by going with the 2 major polls AP and UPI they get it

Typically....in this case 100% of the time....when a team wins the NC it is celebrated and talked/written about prior to the following season. If you look in any 1968 UT publication, being National Champions is NEVER mentioned. So UT must hate UT.
