Of course it is. Why wouldn't it be?
I'm all for getting to stand at games. But you are buying a nonrefundable, revocable license to sit/stand in/at that specific seat when you buy a ticket. Your right to that seats essentially means that nobody else has a right to sit in that seat except you . . . until that right is revoked. Which it can be revoked for any reason at all. Obviously they don't do that unless it is warranted because it's bad for business. But that's how the system works.
