Tennessee is the creepy guy that graduated high school a few years ago trying to hit on the cheerleaders at school and all their good looking buddies. But when he gets rejected he has to lower his standards and pick up chicks from band or the Beta club.

I was thinking the same thing... but then I realized the ONLY reason why I could see TN in keeping it down low is that new OC still has promised the school/head coach to keep recruiting till signing day. If that's the case, it's more likely some who's NOT someone in SEC or recruiting rival.

Why do you think Boyd specifically tweeted that its Fulmer/Pruitts decision and not his or anone elses? Are you really this naive? I guess the real powers at UT had nothing to do with firing Fulmer, hiring 3 straight losers and driving this program right to the bottom of the Grand Canyon huh? Yeah its all conspiracy theories

Their wouldn't be mass protests over Friend I don't think. It would sour a lot of folks on Pruitt for sure though. I doubt the can get out of that if he ends up OC.

Careful now, you will be called a conspiracy theorist for saying things like this. But you are spot on. Its TN being TN. Incompetent leadership just continues to be on full display in Knoxville.

I wish they would just announce Friend as the new OC and get it over with.
