Look at the guys in the NFL now off that OU team, then add Adrian Peterson to the list. Getting annihilated in the Orange Bowl has obscured how good that team was.I have to disagree there... I can certainly understand you saying USC would beat OSU, even by a big margin, but I think this year's OSU is definitely better than OU in 2004... Just my opinion.
I'd say OU had the better RB and WRs. OSU probably has a better defense.

WR's were very close. OSU does have the better defense, and I think OSU has a better QB as well. I would take OSU over that Oklahoma team, 31-24, or something close...
But the thing is, I can't see a Tressel team playing like that in a major bowl game.
As good as USC was, I don't think Oklahoma played their best game, and I'm confident a Tressel team would have been as good as they could be. (which may not be good enough.)
